Technology Support

Our goal is to personalize learning in the best ways possible for our students and we do this in a 1:1 (one to one) environment where every student has their own school-issued device.  Our students use Chromebooks and Google, as well as many other accounts and apps related to their areas of study.

We recognize that the need for consistent access is a priority. Technology is vital for students to be literate in 21st Century standards. In addition to the traditional view of literacy, our students must be information, media and visually literate. Constant access allows for these important contemporary literacies to flourish in classrooms.

As you and your student use technology to communicate and learn together, below are resources to help you navigate some of the technology we use in Lenoir City Schools.

As always, please reach out to the individual schools or district technology department for any questions or concerns you have.

Securly

Our school uses Securly to keep students safe on their school-issued devices. As part of the solution, we have given you access to the free SecurlyHome app.
